Utilizing 2D and 3D advanced software applications, our engineers design dies for mass production. The majority of production dies are progressive, while in some situations, secondary operations are required. The Engineers will design an initial concept or strip layout. Once the strip layout concept is reviewed and approved, production tool design will start.

The engineer responsible will design, and model the entire tool in a 2D and 3D environment. Once the final production tool is complete, final review and approval must be achieved before issuing it for construction.
