Product Design
 Cosmos has
capabilities for product design, based on requirements and specifications
from the customer. For the initial concept, our engineers utilize
sophisticated 3-D software to model and shape all components of the
product. This 3D "model" is reviewed internally at Cosmos
for manufacturability, and by the customer, and any changes or modifications
are made. Once the product concept is finalized, prototyping will
start. Prototype parts will be fabricated from temporary "soft"
tooling, and then assembled and tested.
