Emissions Lab Testing

Continuing with our innovative efforts, Cosmos added its own in-house emissions test facility, which allows for further product development, verification, and solutions.

The test cell, which was added in 2001, is fully equipped with the latest technology to provide a full range of test data from emissions, sound levels, and temperature readiness. Utilizing a Pierburg AMA 4000 analyzer bench, we measure the exhaust component concentrations of our products.

The digitally controlled dynamometer can be operated in either a constant speed, constant torque or absorb only mode, which collects torque readings from the load cell and calculates power output.

Fuel mass consumption is measured digitally and has a high degree of accuracy.
